REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to make your experience worry-free.

  Eligibility for Refund/Return
  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns for opened, used, or customized products unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

 Refund Process
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of payment failures or delays from banks/gateways, we will support you with necessary documentation to follow up.

 Partial Refunds
  • Partial refunds may be provided if the product is returned used, damaged, or missing components due to customer mishandling.

 Order Cancellations
  • Once product is ordered, cancellations are not permitted.

  • After processing begins, cancellations are not permitted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or initiate a full refund.
