Eligibility for Refund/Return

Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns for opened, used, or customized products unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
In case of payment failures or delays from banks/gateways, we will support you with necessary documentation to follow up.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be provided if the product is returned used, damaged, or missing components due to customer mishandling.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.
After processing begins, cancellations are not permitted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or initiate a full refund.
